What You Will Learn
This three-hour online course provides step-by-step instructions on how to:
Warm up in the flavor of qigong—get your blood circulating for practice, or as a stand-alone sequence.
Build balance and stamina.
Strengthen your core, as well as your arms and legs.
Stretch open your yin and yang tissues—fascia, muscles, ligaments and tendons.
Unify your body and mind.
Participants will receive a short, 25-minute beginning practice set and a longer, more advanced 35-minute practice set, where you can follow along with the teacher through the sequences. You can stream/watch lessons online for 90 days and download them (as mp4s) to keep.
